Icahn's
bid
to
increase
his
share
from
19%
to
29.9%
ownership
of
Lionsgate
is
being
met
with
firm
resistance
from
Lionsgate's
Board
of
Directors.
The
Board
issued
a
statement
claiming
that
"the
unsolicited
partial
offer
by
the
Icahn
Group
is
inadequate
from
a
financial
point
of
view
and
doesn't
reflect
the
full
value
of
Lionsgate
shares,".
